I was never a fan of oatmeal growing up, I've always preferred cold liquid-y breakfasts, but I've found a way around that, top with as much fruit and nuts as possible, so that with every spoonful of oatmeal, you've got fruit or nuts too.
Ingredients
40g of gluten free
200ml of milk (I used coconut/almond milk)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cinnamon
fresh fruit, nut butter
Method
Place the milk and oats in a saucepan and bring to a boil, let simmer and add as much water as you see fit (I like it quite liquidy so I always add extra water)
Place in a bowl and top with fresh cherries, bananas, peanut butter, pecans and I used Linwoods milled flaxseeds for that extra magnesium .
