Vegan Buddhabowl

Trying to cut out meat is easier when you know what to make instead. It's all about educating yourself  and knowing that there is a flurry of wholesome foods out there, and this is what this blog is about, educating myself and learning through recipes, finding a way to inspire others that, if you want a change, you don't need to do it overnight, one step at a time, one meal at a time, and focus on what you can eat, and not what you can't.


This simple buddha bowl includes:
 roasted sweet potatoes (in olive oil, salt and pepper),
chickpeas (olive oil, tumeric, garam masala) 
roasted peppers
lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber
and off course, avocado

Such a simple meal, that can be adapted with any of your favorite ingredients
