Peach + Cherry Crumble (Gluten/Sugar free, Vegan)

This turned out to be one of my favourites recipes - mainly because it's quick, easy, and tastes amazingly good for something so low in sugar. To eat something this sweet, and not feel guilty is perfect if you're watching what you eat.



1.5 cups of fresh peaches and cherries, peeled and hulled
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup Gluten free oats
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Coconut oil


Place fresh fruit into an oven-friendly bowl
Squeeze lemon juice over the fruit and mix it all up
In a separate bowl, mix the oats honey and coconut oil together
Place over the fruit and bake in the over for 25minutes

Top with coconut cream
