

Ingredients
1.5 cups of fresh peaches and cherries, peeled and hulled1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup Gluten free oats
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Coconut oil
Method
Place fresh fruit into an oven-friendly bowlSqueeze lemon juice over the fruit and mix it all up
In a separate bowl, mix the oats honey and coconut oil together
Place over the fruit and bake in the over for 25minutes
Top with coconut cream
