No bake, no fuss, (not)ella bliss balls

These have become a staple in my kitchen, especially for that 3pm snack, normally paried with coffee, but lately replaced with a matcha latte (recipe coming soon). What do you pair your bliss balls with?


1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1/2 cup pecans
1 table spoon peanut butter
1 table spoon cacao powder
1 table spoon maple syrup


Blend the nuts in a food processor, then add the dates and the rest of the ingredients till the dough starts to stick, roll into balls, and refrigerate.

You can add any type of nuts, nut butters, goji berries, seeds and desiccated coconut. the options are endless
