4-Ingredient Peanut butter chocolate cups

These are a kitchen staple, I always have a bag of them ready in the freezer for a post dinner indulgence, so not only are they sugar and gluten/grain free and vegan but there delicious.


1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
1/3 cup cacap powder 
peanut butter


Mix the coconut oil, cacao and maple syrup in a bowl, and start to pour a single layer into your desired containers. Freeze for 5 minutes.
Remove from the freezer, and top with pure peanut butter, dont fill your containers to the top, theres another layer left, freeze for 5 minutes, remove from the freezer and finish off the last chocolate layer
Freeeze for 20 minutes, then keep these stored in the fridge or freezer
